Student, group, hardship, referral and educator discounts — what we consider, and how to ask.
Our prices are public and deliberately low, and the free plan is a real plan rather than a countdown — so most people never need to ask for anything. Where the price is still a genuine barrier, or where you are buying for several people at once, we would rather hear from you than lose you.
We do not publish discount codes and there is no coupon field at checkout. Every request below is read and answered by a person, and anything we agree is applied to your account by us.
What we consider
Student discounts
If you are studying full time and the Pro price is the thing standing between you and proper practice, write to us. Tell us where you are studying and what you are preparing for, and we will tell you what we can do.
Send us: Your institution, your course, and the test date you are working towards.
Group discounts
Buying together with classmates or study-group partners is cheaper than buying one at a time. Groups smaller than a full cohort are handled here rather than as a bulk licence.
Send us: How many of you there are and whether one person is paying for everyone.
Scholarship and hardship
We keep room for candidates for whom the price is a genuine barrier — refugees and displaced candidates, people preparing for migration on a low income, learners in countries where the exam fee alone is a serious cost. Ask plainly; you will get a plain answer.
Send us: Your situation in a few honest sentences and what you are preparing for. No forms, no proof of income.
Referrals
If you have sent other candidates our way, or you run a study group or community that does, tell us. We would rather thank the people who actually recommend us than run a points scheme nobody uses.

Educators and teachers
IELTS teachers and tutors who want their own account to prepare lessons and check material can ask for educator access rather than paying as a student would.

Before you ask: the free plan
The free plan is not a trial. It includes a full mock test, a Listening and a Reading practice day, a writing task with a band 9 answer, a Speaking practice set, and every study tool and question guide on the site — with no card required and no expiry. Plenty of candidates get what they need from it.
And if you are going to upgrade anyway, the 3-month Pro plan is already a third cheaper than paying monthly for the same complete library. Both are on the pricing page.
How to apply
Check the published price first
Our full price list is public. The free plan gives you a complete mock test and every study tool with no card at all, and the 3-month Pro plan is already a third cheaper than paying monthly — for many people that is the discount, and there is nothing to apply for.

Use the contact form with the Discount topic, or email us directly. One message is enough — you do not need to chase, and you will not be put on a list.
We reply by email
A person reads it and answers. If we can help we will tell you exactly how it works and set it up for you; if we cannot, we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
Buying for a whole class or cohort rather than for yourself? That is a bulk order, where volume pricing scales with the number of seats.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have a discount code or coupon?
No. We do not publish discount codes and there is no coupon field at checkout, so any code you find on a third-party voucher site for CD IELTS Prep is not real. Discounts are arranged directly with us by email, and we set them up on your account ourselves.
Is there a free way to use the platform?

Will you ask me to prove I am a student or in hardship?
We ask you to be honest with us, not to file paperwork. Tell us your situation in your own words. We would rather occasionally help someone who did not strictly need it than put a documentation wall in front of someone who did.
Can my coaching centre get a discount for all its students?
That is a bulk order rather than a discount. Volume pricing scales with the number of seats, so send us your cohort size on the bulk orders page and we will quote against your actual numbers.
How long does a discount last?
It depends on what you are preparing for, which is why we ask about your test date. We will confirm in writing what you are getting and for how long before anything is set up.
